Service Description

Help enhance the corporate benefits program in your company and organization by helping your employee team have time in their workday to participate in this regular corporate wellness program yoga class. The instructor comes to your facility or the class can be offered virtually. In this class which is suitable for all levels of yoga student from novice to regular, participants will awaken and align the body through a variety of postures that focus on strength, flexibility and increased range of motion. Participants will leave feeling relaxed and balanced.
